مركز فلسطين للتربية الخاصة هو مركز يقدم خدمات تعليمية وتأهيلية وعلاجية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة والاحتياجات التعليمية الخاصة. يهدف التطبيق إلى تسهيل التواصل بين المركز وأولياء الأمور ومتابعة تطور الأطفال بشكل آمن ومنظم.

2. البيانات التي قد نقوم بجمعها

قد يقوم التطبيق بجمع أو تخزين بعض البيانات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة، وتشمل:

• بيانات ولي الأمر/الوصي مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني أو بيانات الدخول.
• بيانات الطفل المسجل في المركز مثل الاسم، العمر، الصف/المجموعة، ونوع الخدمة المقدمة.
• التقارير التعليمية أو العلاجية أو السلوكية الخاصة بالطفل.
• ملاحظات الأخصائيين والمعلمين وإشعارات المتابعة.
• بيانات تقنية محدودة تساعد على تشغيل التطبيق وتحسين أدائه، مثل نوع الجهاز أو معلومات الاستخدام العامة.

3. كيف نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم البيانات فقط للأغراض التالية:

• تمكين أولياء الأمور من متابعة تقدم أطفالهم داخل المركز.
• عرض التقارير والتقييمات والملاحظات الدورية.
• تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية والتأهيلية المقدمة.
• تسهيل التواصل بين المركز وولي الأمر.
• حماية الحسابات وضمان استخدام التطبيق بطريقة آمنة.

4. خصوصية بيانات الأطفال

نتعامل مع بيانات الأطفال باعتبارها بيانات حساسة وسرية. التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال للاستخدام المباشر، وإنما مخصص لأولياء الأمور/الأوصياء المخولين فقط. لا يتم استخدام بيانات الأطفال لأغراض إعلانية أو تجارية.

5. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

لا نقوم ببيع أو تأجير أو مشاركة البيانات الشخصية أو بيانات الأطفال مع أطراف خارجية لأغراض تسويقية. قد تتم مشاركة البيانات فقط في الحالات الضرورية التالية:

• عند وجود التزام قانوني أو طلب رسمي من جهة مختصة.
• لحماية سلامة الطفل أو المستخدمين أو حقوق المركز.
• مع مزودي خدمات تقنية موثوقين عند الضرورة لتشغيل التطبيق، وبما يضمن حماية البيانات وعدم استخدامها خارج غرض الخدمة.

6. حماية البيانات

نلتزم باتخاذ إجراءات مناسبة لحماية البيانات، مثل:

• تقييد الوصول إلى البيانات للموظفين المخولين فقط.
• استخدام حسابات دخول مخصصة للمستخدمين.
• حفظ البيانات في أنظمة آمنة قدر الإمكان.
• مراجعة صلاحيات الوصول للبيانات عند الحاجة.

7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما كان الطفل مسجلًا في المركز أو طالما كانت البيانات لازمة لتقديم الخدمة، أو حسب المتطلبات الإدارية والقانونية. يمكن طلب حذف أو تعديل البيانات وفقًا لما هو موضح في هذه السياسة.

8. حقوق المستخدم

يحق لولي الأمر/الوصي:

• طلب الاطلاع على البيانات المرتبطة بحسابه أو بطفله.
• طلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة.
• طلب حذف البيانات عندما لا تكون هناك حاجة للاحتفاظ بها.
• إيقاف استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت.

9. الإعلانات والتسويق

لا يستخدم التطبيق بيانات الأطفال لأغراض إعلانية أو تسويقية، ولا يتم بيع بيانات المستخدمين لأي طرف.

10. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لتحسين مستوى الحماية أو تلبية المتطلبات القانونية أو التقنية. سيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على هذا الرابط مع تاريخ آخر تحديث.
